section 1 – access and account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services and make a purchase.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information.

You confirm that the information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.

section 2 – our products

We have made every reasonable effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. However, colours or product appearance may differ slightly depending on the device and screen settings you use.

Some product images may be digital mock-ups. Because our products are printed or embroidered individually, minor variations in colour, placement or finish may occur.

These variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by UK consumer law.

All descriptions of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time and may limit the quantities of products offered to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

section 3 – orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

Your order is not accepted until small dog energy confirms acceptance or begins processing the order. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests before dispatch.

This does not affect any statutory right to cancel that applies after delivery.

If we do not accept your order, make a material change to it or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or telephone number provided with the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is obviously incorrect, fraud is suspected or accepting the order would breach a legal or regulatory requirement.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy.

You confirm that purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

section 4 – prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

The total cost of your order, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are normally the customer’s responsibility.

Prices displayed online may differ from prices offered at events, physical locations or through third-party sales channels.

We may offer promotions that are governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

section 5 – shipping and delivery

Many of our products are made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery costs, available delivery methods and estimated timescales will be displayed at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur because of stock availability, production issues, carrier disruption, customs, adverse weather or events outside our reasonable control.

We will deliver orders without undue delay and normally within 30 days of the contract being formed, unless another timeframe has been agreed with you.

Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered into your physical possession or to a person you have identified to receive them. Responsibility does not pass to you simply because the parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier.

Please review our Shipping Policy for further information.

Occasionally, information within the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.
